Clean room, kind staff.

The property is not the cleanest. Unjust fired employees from 4 years ago created a crowd and protesting with loud music right at the entrance of the hotel. Something sad and unexpected to see in South Korea. Rooms are cleaned every day and the property and rooms are outdated and smell old. The location is great however

Property was very clean and staff was extremely helpful. Excellent value.

Excellent stay, I did have to transfer room due to a sewage smell but it was not a fault of the hotel it was from outside in the city. The city seems to have a generalized drainage problem, may be due to overpopulation and infrastructure issue. The hotel was very lovely and accommodating. Very polite, food was good also. The hotel was very clean however the rooms were a little small but okay. Just needed to live out of our suitcase. Staff were very helpful, buffet and the al la carte breakfast was very good however the restaurant had limited meals of an evening. Food was great just not enough choices. The hotel is a long way from everywhere so had to use a taxi and they can be expensive.

Such helpful staff. We needed help with a few things and someone at the front desk was always available and willing to assist. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, the location was right near a subway station and multiple bus lines which get you everywhere you need. Get a t-money card & load with credit which lets you tap on and off to all trains and buses as you go. We didn’t dine at the hotel restaurant- plenty of walkable options nearby if you want to try them. The laundry service was way too expensive- you can just buy new items for the prices they charge!

The staff were very kind and helpful. Facility is clean and the aesthetic is beautiful.

The staff were very friendly from check-in all the way to check-out. Everyone spoke English fluently, and were very accommodating throughout the stay. It was an overall great experience.

Property was very clean and staff was extremely helpful. Excellent value.

Lovely staff, spoke english, I got a free upgrade to a slightly bigger room which was cool. The room was clean and comfy, the bidet started acting up, but a quick call to the staff and it was unplugged (they said they'd check it out after I left) The area was super central, close to multiple subway lines. would defs stay here again.
