Everything at the Alagon was fantastic and we truly enjoyed our four night stay. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, we felt so welcomed by the hotel. The rooms were very clean and the buffet breakfast was a 12 out of 10. 👌. The location of the hotel in HCMC is perfect - close to restaurants and major attractions. We will definitely return some day.

The service was good and the staff were helpful. The room was spacious and the location is convenient, with shopping malls and many places nearby to visit.
However, the room was not well soundproofed, so we could still hear noise from outside. The refrigerator was not clean and still had items left by the previous guest. The bedsheets also looked old and worn.
Overall, the location and service are good, but the cleanliness and soundproofing could be improved.
