Hotel is clean and staff are friendly. There are times (between breakfast / lunch / dinner) where the food options are limited. Nightly shows are average. Pools are wonderful; but close early - 6pm. Overall a great experience

Everything about this place is fantastic except for the meals my wife and I had at their 5’o clock somewhere restaurant. The food was awful and their drinks up there were the worst we had in Costa Rica. Other than that, great experience.
