"I stayed for 2 nights. On arrival Friday night only to discover the shower was either freezing cold or scorching. The TV needed a pin. The carpet was disgusting and lifting near the bathroom door I politely asked a member of staff(woman with blonde curly hair) to see if could things coule be fixed. ..."
