Great studio suite, equipped just like home. Be prepared for city noise. Unescapable, really. The gym was massive and having a co-ed steam room was amazing. The semi-rooftop pool and hot tub were a treat after a 20K step day.

All the staff we dealt with were friendly and welcoming. It was our anniversary so they sent up a plate of treats to celebrate! Loved the decor in the room. It was very spacious too. Enjoyed a drink and snacks in the lounge. Received a bottle of wine for being Expedia silver members! Would recommend this place to others looking for nice hotel close to many place including Coal harbour.

Professional yet personable staff during all shifts. The hotel is gorgeous, comfortable, and it's going to be hard to leave. We had a wonderful stay without a single complaint

Nice hotel. Clean and convenient. Food is WAY overpriced. Elevators were not all working resulting in long wait times. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

Great spot. We got a suite and while very large and grand, didn’t have a nice view and was simply a large room separated by a half wall. A bit of a sketchy area. The staff was amazing

Amazing property. Housekeeping staff & staff in general, are some of the best in the hotel business. They really take their housekeeping seriously and we appreciate that.
