Nice and clean room. Bed was nice and comfortable. Good location.

Stayed here four nights. Great location just outside the city. The room was very clean and it was very easy to drive in the southern area. Has free parking and nearby restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very helpful to also have free laundry room service. There are two washers and two driers. Game room for kids. Pool and outdoor jacuzzi amenity was great. Had jacuzzi in room too which was nice.

This hotel is close to the airport so it was convenient for our 1 night stay. Check-in staff were friendly and efficient. I was surprised for a hotel that is rated 5 star that the rooms were small and outdated. Hotel is conveniently located to many restaurants and the airport.

My stay here was an experience I shall never forget. I was by myself in my travels. So, I didn't quite get what I was expecting. I found that this hotel to be a romantic retreat for lovers or a family oriented atmosphere. However, the staff in the concierge were so kind and helpful and fun to be around. I felt like they were my children looking after me. I am unable to describe how wonderful they were especially Judy I just loved her. Her smile, always checking on how my day was going how my bike ride was, if I ate good. There was a restaurant on the main floor which I ate everyday at and all the staff were just as great. Your service from your staff was the best I have encountered and I have traveled the world. Thank you to all of them

Parking was easy, the room and the entire hotel were immaculate, the staff were friendly and helpful. It was an extremely nice hotel.

The perfect place to stay on Jeju. Feels secluded, but is close to many restaurants, cafes and other amenities. The waveless bakery cafe attached to the hotel makes top level pastries and coffee. Too many good things to list, I liked this hotel far more than 5 star hotels I stayed in on Jeju.
