Hotel was amazing, very good location on the waterfront, pool area has potential to do more ie: pool bar more drink varieties, snacks. Rooms were very spacious, hallway air flow could improve though going from a/c elevator to no ac to a/c room Considering the hotel is fairly new, it would be one to come back to in the future. Also Jeju itself is amazing

Room was beautiful, had a great view of the ocean and planes taking off and landing. Very clean. Staff, at times did not seem to want to be bothered. Attempted to have breakfast one morning and the host denied us entry due to not having a reservation. Very confusing since there was literally no one in the restaurant. Could have been a translation breakdown. We went to McDonalds instead, which are surprisingly very good throughout S. Korea.

Location is great, parking is easy. The room is ok, but I did not get a high floor with view as requested. Staff were efficient and helpful. But lobby toilet was really terrible - dirty and stink. Really a put off even though it is conveniently located at the lobby.

Wonderful stay at Kensington Resort Jeju! Everything so clean. Staff super nice. Breakfast was great. Thank you!

Hotel Staffs are so kind~

Loved our time here. The place is beautiful. I would highly recommend getting the package that includes breakfast buffet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool is very nice and relaxing.
