Loved the location!! Right by the ocean and in the strip of the night life.It gets loud at night but everything was within walking distances,very convenient.

Overall this is a nice hotel. The views are really nice as the hotel hugs the cliffs around shark bay. This means going up and down the hill and there are many steps etc. This was fine for me. We had one of the new private pool rooms which was very modern and nice. The older parts of the hotel do show the age a bit. The staff were nice but we had trouble getting more water on our last day. The breakfast was ok, I can only say it was not as good as other similar hotels. The hotel is not close to the main drag so a 400 baht taxi is needed. This was not a big problem for us just an FYI. The hotel is advertised as a 5 star hotel on Expedia but it's not its a 4 star. Overall I was happy with the hotel. Its got great views which is was i wanted. The room we had was very large and modern. It really depends what you're after.

Every aspect of this resort was AMAZING. Breakfast was excellent with great choice. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Location of resort fantastic - close to shops and restaurants. Phuket hustle and bustle not too far if that’s what you want.

The room was excellent (we stayed in Family Room, Vhari wing) - clearly well thought out and stocked with towels, jandals, everything you need. Beach was beautiful. Water slides were great except they were often closed which other resorts don't do. Staff were lovely and helpful. Pools were way too hot. There was no need to heat them at all in that heat. It was like going into a spa. Also, they sweeten everything. Cocktails way too sweet. But overall, a great stay and would recommend.
