The staff is attentive and considerate, and it is very convenient to go shopping in Myeongdong

perfect location, super convenient no matter going to 명동 or 홍대. cozy room and bed, unfortunate that the shower door was to push outwards that always push the bathroom towel away when you walk out of the shower.

房間大致整潔，房務員很好，附近交通方便，鄰近超市，也有很多食店，有機會再來首選這間酒店

The hotel is new and clean. Beds are comfortable and breakfast is delicious.

房間空間大，放行李方便，梳化椅舒服，床不是太軟那種，睡得很好👍

The hotel is located at a very high altitude, and the road from the street to the hotel entrance is extremely steep. It requires good physical strength to climb up, especially if you're carrying luggage. The bed sheets in the room often have stains or holes, and slippers are not provided daily. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the subway station, so it's not particularly convenient.

職員非常積極主動，態度友善；客房整潔且用品齊全；酒店的設施配套一應俱全，餐廳及good court等店應有盡有，更有Olive young及CU，非常方便，Aurora bar很不錯，以及Ocean Tower的天幕表演非常精彩！

感覺很安全，買同食都好方便，下次去韓國都會入住。

客房整潔，浴室有簡單的乾濕分離，毛巾每天更換。自助式的酒店，不太能看到工作人員，不過我們入住期間也沒遇到什麼太大的問題需要求助。 公共區域有咖啡機和基本的熱水茶包，也有自助洗衣，基本設施齊全。 最大的優點是地理位置，距離明洞站大概就是5分鐘步行距離，要逛周邊和去免稅都十分方便。
