What truly stood out was the service. Every staff member I encountered—from the front desk to the restaurant—was courteous and eager to help. They even went out of their way to accommodate a last-minute request I had with no hassle.

The hotel and the staff are amazing - really exceeded my expectations. It never felt overcrowded or busy. The kids club was great for our daughter.
The one negative was eating at Rin. The equivalent of $300 for teppanyaki which was served by a chef who clearly didn’t have any experience. It was embarrassing and really a rip off. Just awful.
