Clean & nice service, lift will be packed during checkout time. Room was not that spacious but having everything inside. View of nagoya city from the room is nice.

Beautiful hotel, impeccable service, cool without being intimidating. Hidden amenities in the room, so be sure to open drawers and look around. Very helpful staff.

Clean room, good Japanese breakfast. I didn't get a chance to check out the bath house.

The staff and hotel in general was great for my family. The room was a little dusty but still clean enough. The dinner was a bit overpriced but was slightly above average. Definitely convenient access to the theme park. Will try to come again in the future. My kids really enjoyed their stay and that’s all that matters.

We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. It is an older hotel but absolutely blew us away with the room and service provided. The room was huge, had everything plus more. The room service was top notch and housekeeping A grade. As foreigners who couldn’t speak Japanese we’d like to thank the hosts of this hotel for your utmost patience with us. Fantastic stay. If I ever return to the area, this is where I will definitely be staying. Large modern and comfortable room, with amenities such as onsite onsen which you can use. The hotels gives off a very luxurious feel. What's more, it is located right across the train station, making access very convenient.
