Hotel Castle inn Isemeotoiwa
Outdated place but we used 4 twin beds room with living room for my family of 3 adults so it was nice. The bathroom has kind a high step to enter, that I hit my toes one time. Nice view! Enjoyed the sun rise from ocean. Almost could see the wedded rocks.

Hotel Castle inn Ise
As this hotel is a 20-minute walk from the train station, there are few restaurants/cafes nearby but there is a FamilyMart across the street.
