The trip to Halong Bay was very good. Halong is wonderful and amazing. People are very nice and very kind. Ms Cenlina is very good arrangement trip to Halong bay, especially her offered us very good price for the 5 star cruise which we really enjoyed our stay on the Bay.

It was in the heart of the old quarter so location was excellent. So many restaurants just outside the front door...highly recommend Met Restaurant. I didn't expect such an amazing experience....welcome drink and cold cloth on arrival. Not to mention a sweet treat in our room and a fruit basket! Also got a small parting gift when checking out...whaaat! So wish I could have stayed longer as I didn't get time to use the pool. The bar was great. Such an amazing view and the next hotel had a live band on the rooftop we got to enjoy . I would definitely return.

The hotel staff was amazing. So friendly and they accommodated all our requests which included arranging transportation and spa appointments. The roof top bar was a great place to relax and the breakfast was delicious with many options. The spa services exceeded expectations. We would definitely stay again.

The staff had been very polite and attentive. Even my friend was shocked to receive a birthday note. Amenities could be a bit dated but for this price range and location, it's still worth it. Keep up the positive work and step up the maintenance accordingly! Thank you for the warm service.
