The staff is attentive and considerate, and it is very convenient to go shopping in Myeongdong

It was in a quiet neighborhood but with a few minutes walk you can get to many local restaurant. I especially want to thank Clara for her service. She helped us early check in to our room which was fantastic!!

perfect location, super convenient no matter going to 명동 or 홍대. cozy room and bed, unfortunate that the shower door was to push outwards that always push the bathroom towel away when you walk out of the shower.

客房非常乾淨，浴室有提供shampoo conditioner, body wash, body lotion and hair dryer. 連續住了4晚，距離明洞商圈蠻近的，每晚都到明洞商圈逛一圈才回飯店休息。整理房務的人員也很誠實貼心，把我不知何時掉的名牌太陽眼鏡放在床頭櫃給我。最後一天請櫃檯服務人員幫忙訂計程車到機場快線首爾站，服務親切，計程車司機也很快就到，幫忙拿行李，很美好的旅程，感謝他們！

Staff friendly & location convenient

I had a wonderful stay in lotte hotel Seoul. This is the first time I visit Seoul with my mom, and we both enjoyed the trip a lot especially the hotel staffs they are extremely helpful and so respectful to us in all aspect. Definitely recommended and no doubt will stay here again for my next visit.
