This hotel maintains a good management of G Hotel team but with a more affordable rate. It is still close to the two major shopping malls. The amenities were good and the rooms were nice. We truly enjoyed our stay.

The rooms are cosy and comfortable, providing a pleasant and restful stay. The only concern I encountered was the lack of consistent hot water in the showers, which I have also experienced during previous visits. I hope the hotel will take this into consideration and address the issue. Aside from that, the property remains an excellent choice and a truly enjoyable place to stay in Penang.

My wife and myself enjoyed the stay in prestige hotel because of the personal touch by every individual staff that has served us. Will be recommending my friends and family members to stay in this hotel if they ever visit Penang.
