Hat Island Romantic Vacations

The rooms were super clean and and our corner room had excellent view of the space needle. Location is excellent, right in the heart of U-district. When our TV stopped working on day 2 of our week long stay, they were kind enough to move us to an equivalent room after trying to repair the TV for 2 days. However the desk provided in all rooms is pretty useless for working through the week as the chair that goes with it brought my neck in alignment with the table top instead of my elbows. Completely impractical and they definitely need to upgrade the chairs in all the rooms. On the plus, they do provide a long table as workspace in the lobby so that definitely worked out as it was a working week-long stay. Also on the day of checkout which was at 11am, three members of housekeeping stopped by at different times to ask if we wanted cleaning!! :) The cafe in the hotel is good. They had good tea/lemonade and good snacks/breakfast items. I would stay here again if I had a chance as the ambience is very charming although they could do with a few improvements.

What a great hotel in the middle of downtown. Staff was very friendly, place was clean and very well decorated. It’s a great place to stay. Walking distance to all the major attractions in downtown Seattle. We loved our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Only stayed one night before our cruise so we didn’t get to take advantage of all the offers. Hotel is perfectly located near pikes place as well as some of the cruise ports. Hotel was very clean and staff was great. We had a breakfast at the hotel restaurant, which was amazing. We did use the rooftop bar because it was nice out and it has a great view. The room was a little small, and our view was a white brick wall with sayings on it.But no big deal.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. Recommend going to the bar and getting a drink from Adam and Hugo.

Location was exceptional!! Close to everything downtown.

Old but well kept up. I guess the location is what gives it the ratings. Our flights were delayed in PBI causing the connection impossible in Charlotte. We contacted hotel as soon as we knew we would not make our first night stay. Belltown Inn would not give us a refund for this night . I believe they were able to book the room anyway, since they were scrambling where to put us the next day.
