This placed exceeded our expectations! The staff were amazing and kind and helpful. The hotel was clean and quiet and comfortable. The location was top notch. Nothing to complain about at all!!!!! The washer/dryer combo was a life saver and just couldn’t be happier!!

This was such a great place to stay with my family we had two kids it was so clean, and family friendly staff was wonderful. Only good things

Having washer/dryer in the room is handy. In a quiet neighborhood. Very friendly staff. Rooms are big for Tokyo.

The staff was very nice and very accommodating! No issues whatsoever. The location of the hotel was very convenient as it was located near a couple train stations and lots of restaurants that were walking distance. The room was spacious enough for 3 people to share and get ready in. I would definitely come back to this hotel if I were to come back to Japan.

Such a lovely hotel, would absolutely stay here again. Rooms very spacious, we had an interconnecting as we are a family of 5. Location was perfect, staff very friendly and very helpful.

The hotel was perfect for our first time in Tokyo. The staff was friendly and efficent. The hotel met all our needs. The bonus was the distance from the Tsujiki market.

Really enjoyed our stay. Staff communicated effectively in English and made things real easy.

Good stay for 3 people (1 couple and a friend) - good location and had all amenities we required. Very useful to have basic cooking capabilities and a washing machine in the room. When there were any issues, staff were responsive and promptly addressed them.
