The staff is attentive and considerate, and it is very convenient to go shopping in Myeongdong

perfect location, super convenient no matter going to 명동 or 홍대. cozy room and bed, unfortunate that the shower door was to push outwards that always push the bathroom towel away when you walk out of the shower.

The hotel is new and clean. Beds are comfortable and breakfast is delicious.

room view is great. But room accessory is not enough,.eg. Toothbrush set ,comb,Travel set

Staff friendly & location convenient

I had a wonderful stay in lotte hotel Seoul. This is the first time I visit Seoul with my mom, and we both enjoyed the trip a lot especially the hotel staffs they are extremely helpful and so respectful to us in all aspect. Definitely recommended and no doubt will stay here again for my next visit.

客房整潔，浴室有簡單的乾濕分離，毛巾每天更換。自助式的酒店，不太能看到工作人員，不過我們入住期間也沒遇到什麼太大的問題需要求助。 公共區域有咖啡機和基本的熱水茶包，也有自助洗衣，基本設施齊全。 最大的優點是地理位置，距離明洞站大概就是5分鐘步行距離，要逛周邊和去免稅都十分方便。

The room looks clean, however I felt itchy in bed during my 3 nights of stay. There was no charging port near the bed, and the sound insulation was soso, cos we could hear the door closing and people talking in the corridor. The Pros are the location is very convenient, 2 convenience right next to the entrance and just 3 mins walk to the myeongdong shopping street. Also within 6-7 minutes walk, you could reach to 2 subway stations (myeongdong and Euljiro) very convenience to get to Hongdae and seoul station.
