This hotel is not a bad hotel at all; however the value is not worth the cost. For the high costs and resort fee, you will have a much newer and enjoyable experience at the Marriot. The difference in price is pennies and the difference in room and amenities is drastic. I was very disappointed by the room and hotel in comparison to the other hotels in the area. They have tons of hidden fees, the pool is not impressive, there is no hot tub, the rooms are older. I would definitely choose a different hotel in the area even if it seems more expensive, in the end you will pay the same for less amenities.

What a lovely experience. The place is full of nostalgia and history. The food was pricey and darn good. The breakfast was great. The staff were friendly and warm. The beach is absolute perfection. We swam in the clear warm water and went out on a catamaran that was fun. In the bar we heard the best local singer Johnny Valentine so musical The mushroom pesto pasta was incredible. My wife says she fell in love with the place and cried when we left.

This has been our 2nd time staying in this hotel and it didn’t fail us again… good customer service and great staff from valet, front desk to the cleaning staff were all awesome people. We had a wonderful stay and looking forward to stay there again in our next visit 😊

Every about the hotel was great, the check in was quick, the amenities were great. Everything was in a central location. Would definitely be staying here again for my next trip.

From the moment I stepped into the Sheraton Waikiki Beach Resort, I had an amazing experience. The hotel was clean, welcoming, and the check-in process was quick and seamless. My room was ready upon arrival, which made everything even easier after a long travel day. The staff truly stood out during my stay. Everyone—from the front desk to the bar and restaurant teams—was friendly, attentive, and easygoing. Housekeeping was especially wonderful; my room attendant was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. The views from my room were absolutely breathtaking, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was consistently maintained. The amenities exceeded my expectations—from the pool area to the dining options, everything was well-kept and enjoyable. As a solo traveler, feeling safe and comfortable is extremely important to me, and this hotel delivered on both. I felt completely at ease the entire time, which made my trip even more enjoyable. I have no complaints—only great things to say. The staff truly goes above and beyond, and I would highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Waikiki.
