The hotel was very clean. The rooms were very nice and a lot of space. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Glenn, one of the managers was very helpful, especially to my family. We encouraged other family members to leave their current hotels close by to join us at our hotel. The pool was fantastic and the restaurant/food selections were great. This is a prime location to stay when visiting Cebu. This is located very close to the airport vs. staying somewhere near the SM mall. We visit Cebu frequently and love all of the amenities the Reef offers. We suggest that you book the deluxe room, which includes a big bathtub and a large patio deck. Definitely worth the price.

I love the beach side room. Very interesting place. Walking around is my favorites rather than ride the golf cart to get around the resort. The front desk need some training how to greet meet the guests. I mean more pleasant even if you are local or foreign.
