It was a good stay in almost all material ways save the semi permanent protest area with chairs tables and protest signs as a result of employee firings at the main entrance. One should be aware that there may be a large protest against the hotel taking place at the one and only pedestrian entrance to the hotel on a day of your stay (as was my case).

Small room. Very clean and comfortable. Staff very polite and friendly.
You can smell the restaurant food.
Location was set on a very busy main road and convenient to all places in Seoul. Would recommend.

Lovely staff who provided exceptional service at the counter and also with room maintenance. They helped us organise an uber taxi to Gimpo airport when it was pouring and we didn’t have any luck with our own uber app.
Hotel is located in a very convenient location within walking distance (max 30min) to Gyeongbokgung, NTV Tower Seoul, Seoul City Hall and many other spots. Amenities were great and our room was very spacious.

This hotel is located in the heart of the shopping district and very close to a metro station. It’s a good location for first timers. The staff were super helpful and attentive. I would stay here again.
