"The resort is grand and impressive, and somewhat remote located on the lake. After an 8 hour drive to get there, the clerk at check in insisted our room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 430 pm..She would call when ready. Hotels.com listed checkin as 3 pm. She could have given us another room or invited ..."
