Stayed for 3nights Room clean though bathroom needed updating,tiles marked,shower leaked+++,drain blocked. Staff were amazing,fridge didn’t work,they replaced immediately Breakfast was fabulous,huge variety of cuisines,fresh cooked eggs and noodle station Huge variety of breads and pastries ,juices,cereals Coffee machine that made the best coffee my husband has drunk in Bali!

We stayed in the 3 bedroom villa, it was a very spacious villa with a huge pool. There was 5 of us and it never felt like we were taking up each others space. We went for my husbands 50th and the villa accommodated a flower pool decoration I requested a day before we arrived along with birthday balloons, and flower decorations in our bath. Their staff also came down with a piece of chocolate cake and sung him happy birthday on our arrival. Staff were soooo lovely, kind, no request was ever to big or to small. Highly recommend the Light Exckusive Villa and Spa Seminyak. Close to Seminyak Village and lots of shops and restaurants. We had buffet brekky as part of our package and it did not disappoint.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room we were initially in had some maintenance issues, but when we raised our concerns, they promptly changed our room and helped us move our belongings. The food was good, and the location was convenient, close to the shops and only a 10-minute drive to the city centre. The hotel also provides a free shuttle service to and from the city centre. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

The staff were very attentive and friendly and professional. Made us feel like it was our vacation home. Love the private pool.

This place is amazing, the staff was great and everyone was respectful and polite. Only the Europeans in Bali are very rude and mean people,and they are very less here in this property , so it is definitely a great experience with Seres Resort. Property location is very nice. Breakfast is a blessing for vegetarians as well.

The hotel is newly opened, and the overall experience was pleasant. I especially appreciated the complimentary photography service offered once per stay — a unique touch that adds value. They also served a welcome drink on arrival, which made check‑in feel warm and thoughtful. Breakfast was prepared fresh to order. The restaurant food in general was consistently good. The location is quite far from the city, but the peaceful surroundings and great views make it a relaxing escape.

This is a legacy property that had been remodeled. The only hotel in Bali that has more than 4 floors (Bali building code, can't exceed the height of the coconut tree, maximum 4 levels). Personally I love staying in this hotel because of proximity to my family ancestral home to come and visit during my vacation. It has prime location to anywhere you want to go in Bali. 10 mns walk to Bali port, half hour to airport if traffic is light. You can walk , bike or jog to any neighboring hotels, villas, Caffe, restaurant, spa, shops, the Icon Mall, and anything else you can think of. Its location has the best spot for glorious sunrise and tidepool activities for the kids and family to enjoy at certain periods of time. The rooms are larger in size comparing to any hotel, I do like the guests activities they are offering, yoga and tai chi classes to salute the sunrise on the hotel green lawn by the beach was such a glorious way to start your day. Stretching your body while enjoying the ocean breeze, the yoga instructors are so kind to make sure you can follow the movements ( it has 3 levels to choose from, from easy to hard, you can choose whichever that your body can follow). Free one hour bike riding to enjoy with the family followed by amazing breakfast spread at Arunika ( by the pool) or Rosso ( on mezzanine floor). The giant lap pool isn't so deep, but nice enough for swimming laps or just to play around. Most importantly the staff from front to back are so nice and helpful.
