Awa Pet-friendly Vacations

The hotel was nice however felt dated compared to the Monday Premium Hotel we stayed at in Kyoto!

Location was great, the airport limousine has pickup/drop off at sister hotel across the street. The rooms were spacious and provided everything. Didn’t have time but they had a rooftop lounge that had free drinks.

The rooms here are extremely well taken care of and the staff are wonderful and friendly. I usually stay here when I visit.

When we got there, they actually upgraded us to a suite. And man…it was AMAZING! Spacious, two nice beds and a long sofa, and a flat screen TV. The bathroom had two ports and a giant tub. We had four adults and one child (who is four) and we all just got fit into the suite. The location is close to subway stations, plenty of local restaurants and beautiful walks. When we come back to Ginza, we will be staying here again.

Attention to details, everything so clean , stafff warm and welcoming The spa and Onsen clean, quiet and peaceful. The room was spotless with beautiful views of the gardens. The gardens and pagoda so beautiful. Although upon reservation there was mention concerning construction and noise there was none to be found. This a top notch hotel

Nice but was expecting more. Also, was there for business and this hotel is not suitable for that purpose. Otherwise area is nice and quiet

This hotel is super young and stylish vibe that doesn’t feel like other typical hotel at all. Big Thanks to Mune, he was seriously nice and helpful. And we had the BEST fun playing table football with another super friendly female staff member (sorry I totally forgot to ask her name). The fact that the staff actually hang out and play games with guests is what made it so special. My partner and I had so much fun. Such a cool, human touch that we’ll never forget. Definitely one of the most memorable stays ever.
