Our stay in the Tirant Hotel is superb! All the staff are very helpful and friendly. We joined a tour to Sapa and have to check out the hotel for a day, the staff helped us to keep the luggage while we were out. My mum's leg was hurt, and she needed to rest, the staff allowed us for the late check out. The flexibility and the professionalism provided by the staff make our journey an unforgettable one. Only one small issue is that our Family room is facing the street, and there was someone singing karaoke at night, fortunately he stopped after 11pm.

Great location, staffs are helpful, rooms are tidy and clean, but the SPA area need to be improved. Great experience in staying in this hotel, thank you very much!

The hotel is located near lots of tourist spot. We can walk lots of place. Staffs are nice and warm.

Good location! Excellent staff especially Mai of frontdesk, Emma of the restaurant (May Tre Dan) and Hanh, the bellman. Definitely, we will stay at this hotel when we visit Hanoi next time. There are many shops around and only 12 mins walk to Ta Hien Bar Street from the hotel.

Stayed at Champton Hanoi and had a pretty good time! The breakfast buffet was awesome, rooms were comfy. But, the pool was under renovation, and we heard drilling sounds above our room on the first day – a heads-up would’ve been nice. They should offer an accommodation coupon or something as compensation. Also, more drinking water in the room would be great.
