Pool side room, nice view, enjoy swimming, but a lot of mosquitoes in the room, a bit annoying

Throughout my stay, Jenny consistently went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met and that I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Furthermore, I would like to highlight the exceptional privacy standards maintained by your hotel. I greatly appreciated the high level of privacy and security provided, which significantly contributed to my overall satisfaction during my stay. While I thoroughly enjoyed my time at your hotel, I would like to bring to your attention a minor issue regarding the inconsistency of water pressure in the shower. There were instances where the water temperature fluctuated between hot and cold, which could be improved to ensure a more comfortable showering experience. I believe that addressing this issue will further enhance the already outstanding facilities and services provided by your establishment. Good and clean environment, cheerful and caring staffs especially the cafe we take breakfast. Housekeeping is very helpful and sincere. We will visit again very soon 😍

It’s a relaxing place for me and husband for holidays. Overall is good, especially the nice sea view from my room. Soaking in a hot bath tub with lovely sunset, that’s stunning! The only complaint is bad traffic from or to Patong beach, waste lots of time.
