Alad Island Pet-friendly Vacations

Room is clean and organized. Washroom and shower was great! Staff are helpful and nice. What I love with this property is that the distance from the beach and only exclusive for the hotel guests.

Location was great. Right on the beach. Staff was great. Getting there a challenge. Book someone to assist you. This is a family hotel. Not the best for singles or younger people. Lots of kids. Only 3 pool loungers but covered in families with lots of young kids. Morning buffet not great but gives you something to start the day. The room I booked wasn’t available the day I arrived so was put in a different room. They didn’t inform me- just wrote it on the paperwork they asked me to sign. I had to bring it up. So I had to change rooms on the 2nd day. But it still wasn’t ready after 3pm. They did allow a late checkout on my last day to compensate which I really appreciated.

Wifi always changes everyday The aircon was weak set to 16c barely felt the cold, requires electric fan. Hot water shower is so hard to regulate Overall still a great place to stay. Food is ok as well

The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. The airport transfer is definitely helpful as the resort isn’t located on the same island as the airport. Breakfast buffet was nice but could implement colder drinks and a cooler area to sit and eat as the sun making direct contact makes the area quite warm.

I love how the pool overlooks the beach, providing beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was enjoyable, with different main entrées offered each day, which kept the menu interesting. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, and we especially appreciated being able to request a ride whenever we wanted to go out.
