The public restrooms are dirty not well maintained. I observed staff are always using hotel restrooms. Food was mediocre. Not great. Staff were not so helpful especially the maintenance people. Poor service. For the price the place was not worth it.

Visited during the week of July 20th 2026.
For those who are looking for a more quiet Boracay getaway, Mövenpick is a terrific choice. The beach is secluded and accessible only to three resorts (Crimson, Mövenpick, and Shangri-La). The italian restaurant is surprisingly good, esp the pizza. Breakfast is highly recommended, other than the selection and quality, it beats going to the main beach (Stn 1-3) first thing in the morning for breakfast everyday.
Staff are excellent and very helpful. Our room (King Suite) was great, that AC got too cold at night to be honest! The pool is massive, it provides a good break from the beach if you so desire.
Don't forget chocolate hour! Chocolate treats and the chocolate fountain are available for free everyday in the afternoon at the cafe.
The worst part is having to leave!

The property itself sits right on the beach and it has a pool. Super clean and accommodated everyone in my group. Will definitely be booking here again!
