Clean room bed could be better but overall confortable and quiet. 15min walk to Cliffton Hill and about 25min to the falls. I recommend this property staff was friendly and helpful

Absolutely terrible! I arrived and my room was dirty and carpet was ripped up and they wouldn’t give me a refund when I chose to leave. Don’t stay here
