My wife and I spent a night with 6 of my wife’s family members. Everybody had a wonderful time. Staff was great and the rooms were clean.
We had a light breakfast and the food was great. Next time I will be sure to try the outdoor pool.

We have visited JW MARRIOTT HK to celebrate our return to Hong Kong after 20 years and at the same time celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary .
We had an amazing welcome by Patrick who kindly notified us that we will have a little surprise in our room . Which was a delicious cake with a nice bottle of wine 7it for sure make us feel very special.
The room was beautiful facing the harbour view on 22 Floors.
The shower is the best ,The bedding is fantastic. They provide plenty of water which is fantastic . Breakfast is fantastic , absolutely no complain !
The swimming pool is great surrounding by lovely plants and beautiful buildings.
Thank you JW MARRIOTT We had an amazing time and want to visit Hong Kong again which will happen for sure and of course your beautiful hotel.

The breakfast buffet staff was lovely, however this time in my return stay I noticed a lot of the furnitures are really tired. As well as on my first night my pillow smells like cooking oil. And my hair dryer was extremely greasy. My bathroom the shower head’s tube is attached to sealing. Which was an extremely lazy fix. This hotel used to be a five star hotel and premium service everywhere. Now just doesn’t feels like it at all. I would had said it’s a 3 star. Not up to a Hong Kong 5 star standard hotel.
