Convenient to the airport and businesses nearby. Water was tricky in the bathroom and had to fiddle to get hot or cold water with temperature controlled in the shower for some reason. It previously was an older hotel under a different name. Not up to the usual Sandman standards due to older building. Room was nice a big and good amenities. Great beds too

Its location is very convenient. St. Patrick subway station a block away, street car station around the corner, and Eaton Center on Dundas and Yonge less than 10 minutes walk away.

Dean is amazing!!! and so is the rest of the staff. He went above and beyond.

We recently stayed at Hotel Bisha for 5 nights and can’t wait to come back. The staff is very welcoming and inclusive, and after staying hundreds of nights at Marriott / Starwood properties I give it to the Bisha’s front desk staff for their hospitality and for having the most stylish uniforms. The food and decor is top notch. Beware if you are assigned a room facing the rear of the hotel that you’ll hear trucks beeping most mornings (and slightly later on Saturdays).

It is convenient hotel in downtown of Toronto

Valet is first come first serve or you walk 5 minutes and pay more to park in a patkimg garage. For $400 a night none of it was worth it.
