Everything about this hotel was lovely
I didn’t get a chance to use the pool unfortunately due to weather but I’m sure it would’ve been amazing as well
The staff were friendly and hospitable and the whole place was very clean and tidy in a great location.

The hotel was a haven amidst the chaos of Hanoi. All staff were very professional and friendly, and keen to make our stay as enjoyable as possible by offering sightseeing suggestions. Nothing was too much trouble. Very good food in the restaurant and the rooftop bar was a great place for a cocktail. The swimming pool was very small - not really big enough to swim - but they have limited space on the rooftop. A very well located hotel right next to the Cathedral.
