Everything is great. 7 Eleven and family mart beside hotel. Walking distance to Liaoning night market.
Hotel will compliment you with drinks and snack in substitution of room service..
1 downside are the washing machine and dryers. Hotel provide mild detergent and it cannot wash off stains on the clothings. Washing machine and dryer are outsource to 3rd parties vendor. So if the coin box are full, the appliances will start giving issues and hotel staffs are unable to fix it.

This hotel was very convenient for the Ximen walk area. The rooms are well designed and contemporary. The staff was very friendly and helpful when you need something. They recognized Expedia rewards status and provided complimentary water bottles at the lounge area. Also if there drop off a towel and water bottles at your room door when you put do not disturb and skip housekeeping. I would recommend this to anyone coming to Ximen area.

2nd visit - 2nd time satisfied. I actually love this hotel. The location is very central and close to markets and grocery stores. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are large with added amenities plus are clean and welcoming. The breakfast is probably the best we have had in Taiwan - especially the fresh & crunchy salads and dan dan noodles. Gotta love the daily bag for self-yourself candies. You can’t go wrong here!

Quick check in and check out. Friendly staff. Very good location if you travel by train or tour group from main train station. Rooms small but clean. Deco and vibe of the hotel were more local and seemed dated. Breakfast had international options but clear highlights were the local / Asian options. If you have no or little exposure to Asia, opt for a different accommodation
