We requested for our bedroom to be cleaned daily, noticed the toilet was not attended to some days.
We had 3 people in the room, and we were supplied only with 2 cups and glasses. The creamer we had on the first morning was not fresh. It was hardened. Subsequently, we were not replenished with creamer for the rest of our stay.
Breakfast chefs were quite unapproachable for special requests except for the last 2 days when a younger English-speaking chef was at the station.
The rest of the staff in the hotel was very welcoming, accommodating and friendly. Good location with MRT next door and plenty of places to dine.

Excellent property with spacious and well appointed rooms service as fantastic and the wellness focus of this hotel is top notch. Loved the pool and breakfast!
