Stayed at Brilliant Hotel for about 8 nights in April 2026. The staff there were great and really helpful. Michael, the customer care captain provided recommendations for where to eat and what to do. He also helped to find a lost mobile phone. The buffet breakfast had some good variety and quality was great overall. The room was clean and in good condition. Bottled water was provided daily. There was no iron/ironing board in the room though.
Location was in the heart of the Hai Chau district, so in close proximity to many places.
Highly recommended.
