One staff member in particular was charming and very helpful. Others seems to be on automatic pilot. I still don't understand whether I could use the tea kettle in the room without charge. It is a well-maintained relic of the Bubble Era.

スタッフの対応、清潔さは素晴らしいし、文句のつけようがない。ただ、シングルルームはベッドを小さくして荷物がおけるようにして欲しい。トランクを開けるスペースがない。レストランのスタッフはサービスの仕方を知らない。
