All good, except water pressure and hot/cold valves in tub/shower

Easy fast check in and the room was comfortable and spacious

Perfect stay. Room was comfy, bed/bedding/linens all good. Staff were friendly and helpful at all times. Overall the room and the entire hotel is in great shape, and very, very clean. Room Service food was expensive (to be expected in Las Vegas) but actually really good. Coffee was excellent!! The highlight though, is the SPA. Definitely one of the better hotel spa's I have had the pleasure of visiting. The roman bath/pool was heavenly.. Given the time of year, we did not get to try the outdoor pool but we walked the grounds and it is a lovely set-up .. maybe next time!

Eveything was perfect. I have stayed at alot of places in vegas and this was well worth the money. Will stay again.

I complained with the manager of the hotel and housekeeping for the poor management of my request to clean my room after the toilet got clogged. 9 am I requested to have the room clean (while we are out of the hotel) but returned to the hotel at around 2PM and the room was not cleaned yet. I called like 4 times and everytime I called, I was told that the cleaner is on its way (1st call was told it will only take 15-20 minutes) and took about an hour until after I complained that the cleaner arrived. When I spoke with another housekeeper on line and the manager I was told that all my earlier calls were not recorded (which explained why the room was not cleaned and the follow up cleaner never arrived). Its very frustrating.
