Great value hotel close to Akihabara in a quiet part of it. Laundry in the room is a plus! No breakfast but plenty of options for that around. Light that turns on automatically and does not turn off after more than 30 mins is quite annoying.

My family of 4 stayed for a week. The unit was pretty spacious when considering the usual size of a hotel room in Tokyo. The amenities were good in particular the washer and dryer. The beds were comfortable and gave good support for a good night's sleep. The hotel was close to a metro station and was convenient for going to places.

Excellent apartment. Quite big with laundry in the room. Very nice employees. We forgot our phone cables and they were nice enough to send them to us to Kyoto. I recommend that gem to anybody who likes big, safe, clean, and modern space during their stay.

The room was spacious and very clean, and the location was perfect—only a few minutes from Akihabara Station. The staff were all so kind and helpful. I’d absolutely stay here again when I visit Tokyo!

Easy especially if you are jetlagged

Incredibly beautiful hotel and amazing gardens. Excellent food. Wonderful staff, extremely well located in beautiful, accessible location. An exceptional stay, will absolutely return. Recommended to my friends… and to you! So luxurious, so thoughtful.

We booked the panoramic king room with lounge access. It was a pleasant stay with the room newly renovated. The staff were kind but sometimes communication can be difficult but it was generally okay. The hotel is close to oedo and mita metro lines. The view of the tokyo tower from the Lounge is amazing! Its definitely more worthwhile to book a room with lounge access than one without. The heating in the room quite warm so we opened the balcony window throughout the night. The water pressure is great and amenities are quite good (subject to charges if you wish to use the pool and hot spring).

We love this location we will definitely stay again on our next trip!
