All was great but it’s the 2nd time i have stayed and they charge me twice for the room and

Excellent location on the riverwalk, close to multiple restaurants and coffee shops. Room was spacious and clean, nice be & pillows, but some of the towels and bath mats were pretty worn for such a nice hotel. Fitness Center and roof top pool were very nice.

Great stay, only complaint is they nickel and dime you for everything.

The staff at the front desk were very kind, patient, and welcoming, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, the room was just okay and had an unpleasant smell during my stay. The overall design and atmosphere of the hotel were a bit disappointing and didn’t meet my expectations. I’ve stayed at the Thompson in Houston before, and while every property is different, this location didn’t deliver the same experience. Considering the price point, I expected more value and a more polished overall stay.

The rooms were very clean and maintained daily which is not always the case any longer with many hotels. Air conditioning was working well. Soap and lotion in bathroom was higher end and very nice! Would definitely stay again.
