Great hotel for your stay in Tokyo. Minato is a nice quiet area. Hotel is convenient to Hamamatsu Cho station, for easy access to Tokyo station, Disney, Shibuya and Shinjuku. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. I’ll stay there again. My wife and two daughters loved it!

I booked this room the last minute, and our family has been traveling Hong Kong, and Japan (Osaka, Nara, & Kyoto). This hotel was the best out of all the hotels. It had washer/dryer combo machine, Nepresso machine, cooking utensils, refrigerator, large bath, etc. The only negative would be no view of outside as there was a building right next to it.

Got there late on Monday night, check-in process was so quick and easy. Staff are super efficient and super friendly. Room was spacious, clean and exactly as described. Highly recommend for families, couples or anyone wanting a more quiet place to stay. That's also very convenient for trains and transport in general.

Service was excellent, room was nice and neat, they even helped us out with our luggage transfer to Osaka

We party of 12 friends and family have booked 6 room and stayed there 3 nights. We have enjoyed the variety of breakfast and the clean room. Their spa is so relaxing especially the indoor and outdoor hot tub and the view of the rainbow bridge was awesome. This hotel maintain its 5 star status. Highly recommend.

Out dated. Unsure how this hotel qualified for Forbes 2026. The best thing is the lobby…. Rooms are out dated. Shower heads are old. Bath rooms are old. Not worth the price. Breakfast was trash and mainly American food.

Superb in every way.

Great stay in a very quiet part of town. Only stayed 1 night. Staff went above and beyond to work with a luggage forwarding snafu and held our luggage longer than we first anticipated. Pillows were not stellar— but encountered similar style in Hokkaido, so maybe it’s just a thing here in Japan.

Staff were friendly and professional. Room was clean and the perfect space for our family of four. Location was with 5 minutes of two train stations making travel very easy and even though the tracks were right outside, the noise from the trains passing was barely noticeable. Having laundry in room was great, but remember to follow the load size guide if you ever want your clothes to dry. Loved having a kitchenette for coffee and breakfast in the mornings. There is also a 7-11 within 5 minutes walk which we spent way too much time at. Would definitely stay here again.
