The staff was amazing, especially Nadine, Margot and Masha. They made our stay wonderful. The rooftop patio was great, the breakfast and pizza dinners were also amazing. Highly recommended!

Great clean room , convenient laundry facilities

The location was great - close to the train, bus, and metro, Tivoli and City Hall, with nearby shops, restaurants, and bars. The rooms were bright and roomy, with comfy pillows and duvets and a good sized closet and small desk area. Plenty of plugs w/ USB outlets for charging electronics. The bathroom was large and well-lit, with cushy towels, luxury bath products, and a nice big shower. However, there are some kinks to be worked out, as the property is still undergoing renovations. There was construction going on outside our window, which we had to have open as the room was warm and the A.C. didn't seem to work. The light switch in our bathroom had issues, and would switch on randomly in the middle of the night... then we couldn't turn it off. Luckily, we could just close the door to the bathroom to shut out the light. The staff was a mixed bag - some were extremely helpful while others were dismissive.

Beautiful hotel, clean spacious rooms and lovely bar/dining areas within. Staff were exceptional, went above and beyond and made us feel valued customers. The extras and the little things went a long way.

We had an absolutely exceptional experience at Park Lane hotel in Copenhagen. Everything was perfect from start to finish: the welcome, the ambiance, the location, the impeccable hospitality, the incredible quality of the services and the yummy breakfast food. One of the best hotel experiences we have ever had! We travel often and get to experience great accommodations and service, but this was one of the best we’ve. All the staff we deal with are friendly, warm, informative and helpful. A special mention goes to Phillip who was absolutely fantastic: smiling, attentive, professional, and passionate about his work. He greatly contributed to making our stay in Copenhagen even more pleasant and memorable with his attentiveness and excellent recommendations. A big thanks goes to Mathilde for her handwritten note for David’s birthday.

This hotel is in an okay location - prepare to walk a bit to get to the main part of Copenhagen with shopping and food. I didn’t like that no one is there to meet you to help with luggage - you have to either take the elevator up or the escalator which was a pain with all my luggage. They also tried to charge us to bring ice up to the room - that was ridiculous. The roof is nice but closes fairly early (one night we were there it closed at 11, another day 10). They also don’t allow you to control the AC more than 3 degrees so our room was uncomfortably hot. I did like the shower and the size of the room though. Overall I thought it was overpriced and didn’t operate as a 5 star hotel.
