Very clean rooms. House service actually came twice one to clean up and the other to restock - Luisa and Dilicia were very warm and nice. Staff are very hospitable, right from my arrival to departure

Breakfast was not included, however there was coffee in the lobby. We were given free bottles of water. My husband is on the larger side and had issues with the small shower and small doorway of the bathroom. The bed was perfect. The room was super clean

Expensive, and check to make sure rooftop is open, but really good staff and location

I am under the impression that this is quiet possibly one of the finest hotels in all of America, being that it is the oldest, the staff are incredibly attentive and helpful, the facilities are clean, and the food is delicious! My only minor comment would by that of the bathroom sinks absurdly close relationship with the toilet. There is no way to sit on that toilet without feeling uncomfortable because there is no space to the right of the toilet for a human body to comfortably sit.
