The staff is so friendly and welcoming! They speak excellent English and are very helpful and engaged! I loved walking through the lobby because the staff made you feel just that welcomed. The room was very clean, had an excellent view (high floor) and such cozy and comfy bedding that invited you to stay and sleep. Especially when you come from very thin towels in other hotels, the super plush ones Crowne Plaza offers are a dream. I didn’t want to get out of them. There even was a separate hand towel, something I had encountered in no other hotel. The window in the indoor bathroom is a nice way to combat its usually stuffy feeling. The room is also very quiet! No need to fear the closeness to the train station. That is only a boon since you don’t have to go far to reach your hotel after you arrive. Everything is also in walking distance, or immediately connected to the streetcar. The breakfast had a diverse and delicious selection, with an egg station where live cooks prepare your eggs to your liking. I especially appreciated the healthy options of which there weren’t few. Absolutely would and will book again and can recommend!

The hotel room and amenities were super clean and the view from my room and the garden were spectacular. The only negative is that you have to take a taxi in and out of the hotel which is quite expensive.

The room was a bit dated, but clean and well appointed. The front desk staff was helpful whenever we had questions and we enjoyed the pianist in the lobby.
