Pelee Island Luxury Vacations

I was so glad to find a boutique hotel in lower Manhattan. Lobby has nice cafe with friendly staff. Balcony king corner room was clean but small for the price. Water, coffee, and tea were the amenities. Problem is paper thin walls. We could hear every word said next door. We were awakened two of the three nights there by loud singing after midnight, and howling laughter and screaming another night. After no response from the security at front desk, only a recording of classical guitar-we gave up. The third night security answered our call after another extended classical guitar recording. They apologized and sent someone up to tell our neighbors to quiet down. This was at 2:15 am. So, I will not stay here again.

Excellent location, wonderful breakfast buffet, friendly staff

Very accommodating front desk associates. Bell service was prompt with delivering luggage to the room. Grab & Go on-property offered options which I patronized a few times. The hotel is nearby or very close to Times Square, Broadway shows and off-Broadway shows. Thank you Riu Plaza Manhattan Times Square Hotel on 47th!

Great location right next to Central Station. Would stay again if in New York. Parts of the hotel are feeling tired. Room was dusty behind units and up high. Aircon went off when it felt like it in bedroom and the baths was old We didn’t have a big walk in shower like other rooms did. Paint work was chipped and walls marked. Nothing a bit of paint couldn’t fix. We didn’t always get milk and sugar replaced in the drink area. But was great having a mini fridge and microwave. We had a suite which gave a family of 3 a great space. There is a tv in the living room and the bedroom and the sofa bed was comfortable.
