I didn't like the attack of sales selling time sare. It wad a very high pressure sales method and very insulting. They drove division between my partner and I. Then got her alone by me watching the children. It made me sick and set the tone for our entire stay. Very sad.

The only thing I didn't like about the room was the shower. It didn't have a fully enclosed shower, only had half covered so I splashed water on the floor near the toilet. The showerhead was one of those hand held ones and couldn't be situated high on the wall. The water pressure could have been a lot stronger as well. Apart from that everything was great. I enjoyed the casino, stores, restaurants, and food hall. The blackjack dealers were really fun, especially Evan. We had a good time with him, even if he did take all my money! I would definitely stay at the Rio in the future, and I would recommend it to family and friends who wouldn't mind staying off strip. Thanks for everything.

The first night the sheets was dirty and pillow too.We informed them, but they never came to change them, so we had to sleep fully dressed. They finally changed them the next day. I recommend checking the sheets with a purple flashlight — you can really see everything that the naked eye can’t see.
