Great location. Modern unit, very clean but starting to show some wear and tear. Check in efficient and communication good. Only annoying thing was they only gave us one key….a bit ridiculous when your apartment is on the 50th floor and you have a 2 bedroom apartment with four people in it.

We were upgraded to a suite by the events coordinator. The space was ample , with a kitchen, living room, large bedroom, bathroom with a shower and a tub, and a large balcony with seating. All the furniture was comfortable, but the room was somewhat dated. The restaurant was terrific, and breakfast was wonderful. Staff members were friendly and helpful. The common areas of the hotel were beatiful and quite grand. However the guest rooms could use some updating.

Spacious and clean.. nice location

We were really happy with our stay here. Clean, modern rooms with free bar fridge. Free afternoon teas, snacks and wines in the lobby. Super friendly staff. Really central location in Bukit Bintang.

Hotel was very nice, good breakfast although very crowded some mornings. Pool was nice although the steps into the pool need replacing and it would have been more relaxing without the security guard always hanging around. Convenient location, next to a very busy road that was difficult to cross on foot. Would recommend overall.

The hotel is a good hotel but with a few changes could be excellent. The rooms are spacey with nice views and the beds very comfortable BUT the lifts are a total nightmare with queuing and overcrowding commonplace. We stayed 3 nights and didn’t get our room cleaned once. Housekeeping seemed over loaded with too much work on. We called down for extra towels to use the pool and I’m still waiting for those! There’s not enough sun beds at the pool. We didn’t get to use one at all during our stay which isn’t ideal for a winter sun break! Breakfast is in the sister hotel next door which is strange because they won’t let you use the pool in this hotel…….
