卡巴萊特島豪華之旅

a little expensive room environment is clean easy to cook

Since it’s a newly opened facility, there are still some things that needed to be worked out. The super friendly staff is one of the hotel’s redeeming quality. Rooms are clean, staff is super attentive to my requests and inquiries. Would definitely recommend this place. Front desk staff

飯店房間非常非常潮濕,地板會濕的那種, 玻璃也蠻髒的. 唯一不錯的是旁邊就是SM mall可以方便採買

很好

The hotel is under renovation and compare my previous is not as good talking about the room. It's fully book. But the front desk and the staff are great!

The hotel and staff are amazing. It’s clean, comfortable with great amenities. Close to everything you need. Couldn’t give it and all the staff higher paise. Will stay there again for every trip I make.

Whenever I travel to Manila for business, this hotel has always been my first choice. However, my most recent stay was quite disappointing. While I can accept that the facilities are getting old, the air conditioner was leaking water throughout the room during my stay. The floor became slippery, and I almost fell because of it. I have stayed here many times in the past and have always had a good experience, which makes this situation even more disappointing. Unfortunately, for my next business trip to Manila, I will probably consider staying at a different hotel. I hope the hotel management can address these maintenance issues and improve the guest experience.
