Breakfast was around the corner in their sister hotel, staff were a little slow, had to ask for a coffee cup, the milk had ran out and took several minutes for them to top up even though the dining room is about the size of a standard living room in someone’s house and the kitchen just off it! Hotel in a great location tho so we just went elsewhere for breakfast.

I stayed at the panoramic room on the top floor. Lift works from the second floor to the second last floor. So if you have mobility issues, please be mindful. There was a huge diff between other rooms i booked in Vietnam for similar stars and price range. It was not as new, modern, with breakfast options or facilities. It was not horrible but it was not great either compared. The location was great and the staff were nice. The ac only worked on one single degree (16) and I had to use an electric heater to heat up. Since it’s in a central location, the noise level was a lot, from 5am to well after midnight

Clean and very good service

Awesome location and fantastic rooms, but the absolute stars of this place are the staff. They were unbelievably kind and helpful. When we accidentally left an item behind on the way to the airport, they contacted us immediately and arranged to have it brought to us at the airport. Exceptional service. Thank you so much.

Staff were very polite and friendly

I have stayed at Elegant Suites for many years now and if anything it continues to improve. The facilities including restaurant, gym, swimming pool and spa are uniformly excellent. The gardens are beautiful and Jenny and all of the staff cannot do enough to assist with any query or request. Obviously there is a lot of construction work presently underway in the local area but Elegant Suites is an Oasis from all all of that and once inside the complex you would hardly know. I would not stay anywhere else in Hanoi and unreservedly recommend. James Collins
