The property is not the cleanest. Unjust fired employees from 4 years ago created a crowd and protesting with loud music right at the entrance of the hotel. Something sad and unexpected to see in South Korea. Rooms are cleaned every day and the property and rooms are outdated and smell old. The location is great however

Very nice place to stay

The hotel is older but spacious compared to other newer hotels nearby. Staff are nice and friendly, bur the room cleaning could be improved.

The staff were courteous and helpful.

Good location , great shopping and dinning choices

Only thing I’ll say is that you can’t control the room temperature by yourself, it’s central…. So It’s hot in the day time and cold at night.

The room was nice and clean; all amenities are good; the staff are great and very kind satisfying me to go there again.

Room was cold (in winter time) with broken thermostat. Otherwise, it’s good. Great staff and great location
