Convenient. Concierge is helpful and friendly. Floor 11 and 13 hallway carpet was smelly. But, I still love Carlton. Room is good size. Comfortable clean bathroom. Needs a little more bright for the room. Coming back.

The property is in a great location, close to the transit MRT, and the China Town with many interesting restaurants around it. The staff put in extra effort to fix a laundry billing issue and made us happy. When we had to wait longer period after checkin to go to airport, we were provided a temporary room for taking shower etc. The hospitality that was provided to us was outstanding and each staff member offered superior service. The hotel is spotless and everyone so pleasant. Well done to whoever is managing this crew of staff members

We had room only which was of a good size and catered for our needs. Beds werent the biggest but were comfortable. Pools outside are shared by the Fairmont hotel as are the gym and spa facilities. One of the better hotel gyms I have used and has enough equipment for a full body workout. Did not have the breakfast so cannot comment. Location wise very very good. Walking distance to the merlion and marina bay sands (within 20-30 minutes) and hotel is located directly above city hall mrt which has both the NS line and the EW line
