Kyushu and Okinawa Kid friendly Vacations

The property was lovely, however our room had a strong stench from the humidity in the building. Unfortunately, I got sick from the breakfast buffet; I had the salted salmon, scrambled eggs and rice with a salad and immediately vomited after. We ate off property for the remaining days we stayed. The resort is beautiful and picture worthy with lots of activities to stay entertained, however the room smell and buffet quality made me rethink the overall care and attention to detail.

This was a GREAT hotel on a GREAT beach. It was clean minus some wallpaper issues if you are a Stickler for optics. Had a cool feature that allows you to swap breakfast buffet for lunch buffet which worked GREAT for is as we were on EST and kids weren't waking up early for free breakfast anyway. Pool was GREAT but beach was better! We also got a reasonable price which included free parking

Great location at the riverfront. Easy access to the metro and lots of restaurants.

The hotel was not what I was expecting. The hotel is big. However, I was overly dissappointed with the hotel. The pool and pool area was not cleaned daily. Leaves, dead insects/bugs and moss build up could be found around the pool. Inside the pool was not cleaned daily and there was always sa d in the pool. The mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. They did offer a mattress top and that helped somewhat. The pillows were either to soft or very hard. Breakfast wait was always an hour unless you opted for Japanese breakfast. Electricity was cut off for hours and the hotel offered sorbet in a sample cup

Very nice resort with a peaceful atmosphere. All the staff were super friendly and kind. Very nice breakfast selection. Will definitely be coming back. You do need transportation because it’s not walking distance to any shops or restaurants.
